Hassle-Free Returns at Instawireless!
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Instawireless. If for any reason you're not happy with your renewed phone, no worries! You have 30 days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund or exchange.
Here's how it works:
- Just contact our friendly customer service team at 832-271-0001 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is important! We won't be able to process your return without it.
- Once you have your RMA number, pack up your phone securely and send it back to us.
That's it! Once we receive your return and everything checks out, we'll process your refund or get your exchange phone on its way to you.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- To qualify for a full refund, the phone needs to be in its original condition with all the original packaging and accessories.
- If you received a phone that was dead on arrival (DOA), don't hesitate to reach out! We'll get you a replacement as soon as possible.
