Apple Fitness+ is starting 2025 with its most comprehensive lineup yet, offering users fresh ways to stay active and mindful. The platform now includes a progressive strength training program, a pickleball conditioning series, yoga workshops for mastering peak poses, and a new breath meditation program. Additionally, a partnership with Strava enhances integration and offers exclusive perks for subscribers.

New Fitness and Wellness Programs

  • Progressive Strength Training: A three-week program with 12 structured 30-minute workouts designed to build strength efficiently. It includes phases like Progressive Overload, Time Under Tension, and Dynamic Power, catering to all fitness levels.

  • Pickleball Training: Professional pickleball champion Catherine Parenteau leads a Strength, Endurance, and Agility program, offering exercises inspired by her personal regimen to help players excel on the court.

  • Yoga Peak Poses: A workshop-style series focused on popular poses like Dancer and Crow, providing detailed guidance to improve form and confidence.

  • Breath Meditation: Five 10-minute meditations teach techniques like belly and ocean breathing to reduce stress, boost energy, and improve focus.

Music and Entertainment Highlights

  • Artist Spotlight Series: New workout playlists feature hits from Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Kendrick Lamar, fueling sessions across cycling, strength, HIIT, and more.

  • Time to Walk Episodes: New episodes include stories and music from stars like Adam Scott, Rita Ora, Daddy Yankee, and Tiffany Haddish.

  • Exclusive Dance Workout: Renowned choreographer Alex Wong leads a special 20-minute dance session for all skill levels.

Integration with Strava

A new collaboration with Strava allows users to share Fitness+ workouts with enhanced details like trainer names, episode images, and metrics. Strava subscribers can enjoy a special trial offer, while notable athletes from the Strava community will join as guest trainers.

Available on Multiple Devices

Starting January 6, the new content will be accessible on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Users with Apple Watch can enjoy real-time metrics for added motivation.
